Renewing Your Attitude

Sermon Outline:

"be made new in the attitude of your minds". (Ephesians 4:23)

1. BE HUMBLE

"They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts." (Ephesians 4:18)

“Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.” (Numbers 12:3)

Jesus “made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant” (Philippians 2:7)

• Be Teachable

2. BE HONEST

"Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body." (Ephesians 4:25)

"It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." (Mark 2:17)

3. BE POSITIVE

"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen." (Ephesians 4:29)
