...for FATHERS' DAY to remind us  to 
   give thanks for our fathers, grand-
   fathers (gung gungs),great-grand-
   fathers, god fathers, uncles, and 
   those who are fatherly to many and 
   for our loving, heavenly Father; 

...for the official day of SUMMER - 
   JUNE 21st - we are thankful for the 
   beauty of the different seasons;

...for the WARM SUNSHINE and TRADEWINDS  
   that reminds us of Your warm loving 
   care and refreshing Holy Spirit; 

...for VECTOR CONTROL who came to 
   inspect our campus for mosquito sites 
   this week; 

...for ANSWERED PRAYERS this past week;

...for all the faithful and caring 
   VOLUNTEERS at our church.

1. LOIS MUI is recovering from a fall 
at home early Friday morning; she hurt 
her head on the bathroom counter and 
was taken to ER where she received 4 
staples on the back of her head;

2.  STELLA MENDEZ  is in the Aloha 
Nursing and Rehab Center  in Kaneohe.  
She suffered a stroke on May 11th.  
She had surgery to clear the 
blockage.  She will be at Aloha 
Nursing for four weeks or more.  
She is receiving speech and physical
therapy.  She is the sister of Benny 
Pung who is in Leahi Hospital.  
She has an older sister Helen in Hale 
Nani.   Her husband Joe still resides 
at the Hawaii Kai Retirement Community. 
You may want to send a get well card to 
her at Aloha Nursing and Rehab Center;

Please pray for LOIS M. Early yesterday morning about 1:20 am, Lois fell and hit her head on the bathroom counter. She was taken to Queen's via ambulance. She was kept there all day and given many tests. She also has 4 staples on the back of her head. She was released this evening and is recovering at home. Let's pray for a speedy and complete healing.

Also, please pray for her husband and family as they help her with household jobs and meals. 6/20/2009
