Healthy Habits
Included in our monthly tuition is the cost of daily hot lunches and two
low-sugar snacks. Our children go on walks regularly and have a 2.5 hour
nap-time daily.
Health Concerns
In a medical emergency, when parents or other authorized person(s) cannot
be reached, the child will be taken to the Kaiser Honolulu Clinic (next door).
We do not encourage sick children to be in school. They need rest and home
care when they are ill. It is our policy that staff do not administer any
medication. Parents are free to come in and give their child medication when
necessary (e.g. antibiotics or cough syrup). At the present time, our facility
and staff are not equipped to handle handicapped children. Those with minor
disabilities may be considered after an interview with the director.
FCCC Preschool is insured for bodily injury and accidents by Marsh & McClennan.
